On 10 December, a prison chaplains' training day took place at Holy Trinity Brussels, with the full complement of francophone Anglican prison chaplains and the Central Committee bureau present to discuss techniques of the pastoral care of prison inmates. We received a visit from the Revd June Mark Yanez from St Boniface Antwerpen, who is also licensed to minister to sailors in the Port of Antwerp, who compared notes with the prison chaplains on how best to minister to people in specific personal situations. We all joined together in Holy Communion in the proc-cathedral before having lunch together.
