On Tuesday 16 June 2026, the Central Committee and its staff, as well as the team from Church House at Holy Trinity, Brussels, gathered at the office of the (CofE) Bishop of the Diocese in Europe to celebrate that the Chapalin-President reached a milestone birthday. There was singing. There were prayers of gratitude. There was joy and laughter. Most importantly, there was cake… and a lot of it! Congratulations, Prof. McDonald, many happy returns of the day.
