On 23 November, the Chaplain-President was delighted to present one of his PhD students, Silvère Olongo, to Bishop Mark for reception into the Episcopal Church during a service of Confirmation at All Saints' Waterloo at which seven people were confirmed or received into the Anglican Communion by the bishop. The service was followed by a joyful parish lunch.
