On 17 November 2025, the Chaplain-President was honoured to attend the annual Christmas concert hosted by the King and Queen at the Royal Palace in Brussels. This invitation followed the King's visit to Holy Trinity on 19 November to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the Central Committee - among those invited by the King and Queen to the Christmas concert are those they have visited during the year, so Jack attended in the name of all those involved in the Royal Evensong on 19 November. The event was a magical combination of a superb Christmas concert of classical and contemporary music, followed by a friendly and bustling reception, at which Jack was able to catch up with old friends, including Baron Frans van Daele, the EU's Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion and Belief.
